Quality and Information Security Policy

As Egeria Software;

In line with the ISO 27001:2022 Information Security, Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection Standard and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard, we commit to:

  • Recognizing corporate information, employee personal records, customer data, and all information assets as valuable and critical, and complying with all applicable legal and contractual requirements related to information security and quality,

  • Ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of IT services used in our corporate operations, establishing infrastructures that guarantee access to personal and sensitive data only by authorized personnel, and implementing necessary technical and administrative security measures,

  • Accurately understanding customer requirements, meeting them on time and in full, and continuously improving customer satisfaction,

  • Documenting, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Information Security and Quality Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 standards,

  • Systematically managing risks and opportunities related to information assets and business processes,

  • Increasing service quality and conducting preventive activities by adopting a process approach and risk-based thinking,

  • Providing training that enhances employees’ technical and behavioral competencies in order to increase awareness of information security and quality,

  • Considering the expectations of interested parties (employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, and public authorities) regarding quality and information security,

  • Defining and monitoring quality and information security objectives and providing the necessary resources to achieve these objectives.
