In 2012, shifting market dynamics and rising competition prompted MSK Forge to embark on a digital transformation journey. The success achieved with their IFS ERP project, carried out under Egeria’s consultancy, not only boosted operational efficiency but also played a significant role in helping the company reach its strategic objectives.
Operating on a total of 35,000 m² with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons, MSK Forge managed its operations across multiple Excel files before implementing an ERP system. This setup led to communication and alignment issues between departments. Keeping sales, production, and cost data on different platforms posed major challenges for efficiency and traceability. MSK’s primary need was to consolidate all operations on a single platform to increase productivity, optimize costs, and ensure end‑to‑end visibility.
